Job Title: Red Seal Journeyman Plumber Location: College Campuses in Downtown Vancouver Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (subject to confirmation) Pay Rate: $44/hour (paid bi-weekly via direct deposit)

NOTE: This job is in Downtown Vancouver.

Job Overview: We are currently hiring a skilled Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal Certified) for a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting maintenance and operations across two college campuses. This role is ideal for a talented Plumber who is experienced in commercial environments and can step in quickly and work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Print the Job work orders for the site and ensure that all inventory is updated Must work in accordance to the work order and if parts are out of stock, must inform the Facilities manager in advance to get it replenished. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in the college campus buildings Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards Coordinate with on-site teams and facility staff as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

Requirements:

Valid Red Seal Certification (must be presented) must be able to use the computer to work on job orders Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work across multiple sites as required Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately Must have own tools, gear, PPEs etc. Must have a reliable transportation What We Offer:
