The Role
As a Data Center Maintenance Operator (Bilingual), you will oversee the application processing of jobs, support daily IT operations, and assist Programming and Client Services teams in a timely manner. This is a perfect opportunity for a new graduate looking to get into the workforce!
This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday in our Montreal office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee processing of daily and nightly applications
- Identify, analyze and report any processing errors to the Client Services team
- Verify systems to ensure adequate space for processing
- Track system performance and report issues to IT team
- Run daily applications as scheduled and provide expected print queue updates to Client Services team
- Remove backup tapes and replace new tapes on a weekly basis
- Perform system promotions as requested
Skills & Experiences
- Post secondary school education in a computer programming or related field
- Strong experience using Microsoft Windows platform
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Working knowledge of Editor ++, Adobe Acrobat and databases
- Bilingualism in English and French is a must
