As a technician, you’ll drive a company truck, service 20–30 customers daily, and provide lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, and insect treatments — all while working independently and as part of a supportive, high-energy team.
What You’ll Do
- Drive a company truck
- Service 20–30 customers daily
- Perform fertilization, weed control, and insect treatments
- Provide professional customer service
Pay & Perks
- $19–$21/hour + commission & incentives
- PPE and uniforms provided
- $25/month cell phone allowance

What We’re Looking For
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Valid G or G2 license with clean abstract
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40–50 hours/week
- Some Saturdays during peak periods
- Full-time only (no part-time availability)
