What is the opportunity?
The Manager, Brand & Creative Digital Solutions reporting to Senior Manager, Brand & Creative Enablement is responsible for supporting the strategic operational excellence across RBC's Brand and Creative Agency (B&C Agency) digital ecosystem. In this role you will research and implement digital solutions — including AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflow systems — that transform creative workflows, optimize asset management, and accelerate time to market. Through hands-on management of agency tools and cross-functional partnerships with Brand, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Analytics, you deliver well-governed digital solutions that support brand excellence and RBC's competitive advantage, equipping senior leadership with the insights needed to drive revenue growth.
What will you do?
- Support the planning, research, and roadmap execution for B&C Agency digital systems (eg; Enablement platforms, DAM, design and creative tools), defining how technology supports brand excellence and RBC's competitive advantage.
- Collaborate on governance frameworks, performance metrics, and monitoring protocols to ensure operational excellence across the ecosystem.
- Evaluate and recommend digital solutions including AI technologies that enhance brand and creative enablement capabilities, including AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflow systems for the B&C Agency.
- Support continuous optimization of the digital asset management platform, implementing enhancements that improve search functionality, automated tagging, rights management, and creative team productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive command of the enablement platforms content catalogue—including playbooks, case studies, and collateral—tracking status, relevance, and accuracy while managing an executable revision calendar that keeps all materials current and on-brand.
- Ensure efficient, proactive management of high-volume marketing content through continuous process improvements that maintain data integrity, relevance, and engagement. Establishes strong stakeholder awareness and understanding of workflows and platform capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with key internal partners to fully understand their objectives, needs and challenges to appropriately propose creative and on-point solutions through platform configuration or identify opportunities to adapt or incorporate ensuring alignment.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand technology, marketing technology (MarTech), or digital platform management, with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record managing enterprise platforms such as Seismic and/or Adobe DAM.
- Prior experience in Brand and Marketing or a similar industry is an asset.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience deploying AI and machine learning solutions in a marketing or sales enablement context.
