We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Team Member who will work collaboratively with our team to serve some amazing craft beer. As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of Stack Brewing. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, sharing our passion for craft beer, and ensuring every guest has a "STACK-tacular" experience.
As a Front of House Team Member, you get to:
- Guest Engagement: Greet and seat guests with a friendly, professional attitude that reflects our local-rooted brand.
- Beer & Food Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our rotating beer list and food menu (including favorites like our wonton nachos and Nashville Hot Fried Chicken) to provide recommendations.
- Service Excellence: Take accurate orders using our POS system, serve drinks and food promptly, and handle transactions with precision.
- Taproom Maintenance: Ensure the taproom and retail areas remain clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Retail Sales: Assist with beer and merchandise sales, helping guests stock up on their favorites for home.
You must have:
- Certification: Must be Smart Serve certified (or willing to obtain before start).
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but a passion for craft beer is a must.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including Wednesday–Saturday shifts and occasional special events.
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable being on your feet for long periods and capable of lifting 25kg (e.g., cases of beer or kegs).
- Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour
