More About the Role:
- Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments
- Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc.
- Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle.
- Ensure customers have an exceptional delivery experience from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships that generate repeat business and customer referrals.
