Manager of Financial Services
(Full-time Exempt Position)
The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District (ACRD) is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Manager of Financial Services.
Located in the heart of Vancouver Island, the ACRD encompasses the municipalities of Port Alberni, Tofino, and Ucluelet, four Treaty Nations, and six electoral areas. This diverse region is home to some of the West Coast's most spectacular natural landscapes and vibrant communities.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of Financial Services provides leadership and oversight of the day-to-day financial operations of the Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District and Alberni-Clayoquot Regional Hospital District. The position also supports the CFO in fulfilling the statutory responsibilities of the Financial Officer.
This role is responsible for supporting efficient and reliable financial operations across payroll, general accounting, accounts payable, revenue services, investments and procurement. The Manager of Financial Services exercises sound judgment, tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters and provides a high level of service and support to departments throughout the organization

This is an exempt position offering an attractive salary between $106,691 to $122,223 based on your skills and qualifications plus a comprehensive benefits package.
