Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Licence: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and projects (supervising 5–10 people).
- Dispatch drivers and monitor routes.
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily activities.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and work methods.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Co-ordinate repairs and equipment/vehicle rentals.
- Train new staff or arrange for appropriate training.
- Recommend personnel actions when necessary.
