Job Summary:

Arpac is searching for a permanent full-time Production Coordinator for our Delta Storage Products Division. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of working experience in a roll-form steel manufacturing environment, previous knowledge about various warehouse shelving products/brands, intermediate experience with Dynamics NAV 2009, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
A Typical Day:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be coordinating the tracking, recording and order planning for the completion and transfer of rack shelving and products. This includes meeting suppliers, planning material acquisition, updating computer database records for all internal departments, planning, and developing workstation tasks on machines; all while acting as a key contact for the department. With so many projects and responsibilities, every day will bring an exciting new challenge!
Qualifications:
- 3 years+ intermediate experience with Navision 2009
- 3 years+ experience working in a roll-form steel manufacturing environment
- 3 years+ experience procuring steel for both structural and cantilever racking systems
- 3 years+ planning and developing workstation tasks on various manufacturing machines (CNC, roll-form steel mills, shears, presses etc.)
- 3 years+ experience with Dayforce payroll system
- Previous knowledge of warehouse shelving products and rack accessories (eg. MASTORAK, NOR-RACK, Cantilever)
- Occupational First Aid - Level 2 Certification
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent
- Post Graduate diploma in Global Business Management is an asset
- Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Language of work is English, and the ideal candidate has excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to change with the environment
