Now Hiring: Service Plumber
Wage: $40-$50+/hour, depending on experience

Action Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a busy, locally owned mechanical services company serving the South Okanagan. We're looking for a qualified Service Plumber to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers
Troubleshoot issues independently and communicate clearly with the office and clients
Maintain accurate work orders and reports using our digital service system
Deliver professional, courteous service on every job
Participate in an on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)

Requirements:
Red Seal Plumbing ticket preferred (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of service plumbing experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Gas B ticket considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits:
$40-$50+/hour based on experience and qualifications
Full benefits package after 3 months
