Job Description Ah-So Sushi Farm Boy Kingston, located at 940 Futures Gate, Kingston, ON K7M 8T5, Canada, is currently looking for one permanent, full time Sush Chef qualified. Job Duties • Prepare and complete Japanese foods such as sushi rolls, maki rolls, tempura, bento, etc. • Plan and create new menus and various sauces • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food • Cook various deep-fried seafood and vegetable tempura and treat deep fry oils safely and dispose used oil in proper manner • Be responsible for reflecting customers’ feedback • Keep track of food expenditures, consumption, transactions, and stock levels. • Analyze operational expenses and additional information. • Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions and estimate food requirements, costs • Recruit, train and supervise cooks, kitchen helpers with respect to food preparation
