Client Services Manager

CWT Harvey’s Travel is actively seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team

and play a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships, optimizing travel programs and ensuring

excellence in client satisfaction. This is a remote, home-based position . We offer competitive salaries,

The Candidate:

Is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, enhancing travel program effectiveness and overall client value.
Brings strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates the ability to navigate an ever-changing industry as a critical thinker and problem solver.
Identifies opportunities for program improvement and provides actionable insights.
Supports contract retention strategies through intelligence gathering and relationship mapping.
Assists with new business negotiations, onboarding, and implementation of new accounts, including communication and change-management plans.
Strong focus on relationship building, project management and strategic direction
Is a supportive team player who works collaboratively across departments.
Travel industry experience (3–5 years) is preferred; experience managing accounts in other industries is also considered an asset.
