As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction.

Working closely with our Project Managers and field teams, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of commercial mechanical projects.
Prepare, track, and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout documents.
Assist with project scheduling, procurement, and material tracking.
Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Organize project meetings and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
Monitor project budgets, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
Assist with progress billings and project administration.
Track project milestones and ensure documentation is current and complete.
Maintain organized electronic and physical project files.
Provide administrative support throughout the life cycle of each project.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role.
Experience in commercial mechanical construction is considered a strong asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Jonas, Viewpoint, or other construction software is an asset.
