What Youll Do

Install and replace commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO
Install vapor barriers and insulation layers on flat roof decks, ensuring proper seam sealing
Work on single-ply roofing systems, including installation, repair, and replacement
Complete roofing tasks for both new builds and re-roofing projects
Support fellow crew members with job duties as needed
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

What You Bring

3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing preferred
Familiarity with TPO roofing is an asset
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Valid Working at Heights Certification
Access to CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
Must be flexible with working hours and travel to job sites.
Valid G drivers license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in TPO roofing applications
Strong team collaboration skills
Familiarity with roofing tools such as heat welders, robot welders, tear-off gear, and hydraulic hoists
Ability to identify and fix leaks
Capable of lifting to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
Understanding of Ontario safety standards
