What Youll Do
- Install and replace commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO
- Install vapor barriers and insulation layers on flat roof decks, ensuring proper seam sealing
- Work on single-ply roofing systems, including installation, repair, and replacement
- Complete roofing tasks for both new builds and re-roofing projects
- Support fellow crew members with job duties as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing preferred
- Familiarity with TPO roofing is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Access to CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
- Must be flexible with working hours and travel to job sites.
- Valid G drivers license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in TPO roofing applications
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with roofing tools such as heat welders, robot welders, tear-off gear, and hydraulic hoists
- Ability to identify and fix leaks
- Capable of lifting to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
- Understanding of Ontario safety standards
