Position Summary

We’re hiring experienced painters for ongoing residential and commercial projects across Edmonton.

This role is ideal for painters who:

Show up when they say they will
Can work independently or as part of a crew
Understand prep matters as much as finish
Care about clean lines, consistency, and efficiency

Responsibilities

Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, base & case)
Proper prep: patching, sanding, caulking, masking
Rolling, brushing, spraying (as applicable)
Working in occupied and vacant units
Maintaining clean, professional job sites
Communicating progress or issues clearly with site leads
Following scopes exactly (no guesswork)

Required Experience & Skills (this is the filter)

2+ years professional painting experience (not DIY)
Strong prep skills (this is non-negotiable)
Ability to cut clean lines without tape when required
Knowledge of primers, sealers, and proper paint systems
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Comfortable working in multi-unit buildings
Ability to meet production timelines without sacrificing quality

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

Spray experience (airless)
Experience with large apartment turns
Lead or crew supervision experience
Own spray equipment
Familiarity with Edmonton construction standards
