Role Overview

As the Team Lead & Success Coach, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and setting goals for your team while creating a positive, results-driven environment. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with Expedia Cruises standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and lead Vacation Consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
Provide ongoing coaching through regular one-on-one sessions and group training.
Set clear performance targets and track progress.
Create a “lead-to-win” culture that fosters collaboration and accountability.
Oversee onboarding and development programs for new team members.
Deliver scheduled office meetings in person and /or virtual.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Expedia Cruises at Aspen Landing standards.

Qualifications

Experience in the travel industry is required.
Proven leadership and team management experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
Self motivated with a strong business mindset to drive success and innovation.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Set goals, measure performance, and drive results.
A passion for the travel industry.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
