Role Overview
As the Team Lead & Success Coach, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and setting goals for your team while creating a positive, results-driven environment. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with Expedia Cruises standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and lead Vacation Consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching through regular one-on-one sessions and group training.
- Set clear performance targets and track progress.
- Create a “lead-to-win” culture that fosters collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee onboarding and development programs for new team members.
- Deliver scheduled office meetings in person and /or virtual.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Expedia Cruises at Aspen Landing standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry is required.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated with a strong business mindset to drive success and innovation.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Set goals, measure performance, and drive results.
- A passion for the travel industry.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
