Role Description

This full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role is based in St. Petersburg, FL, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. The CEO will oversee the company’s overall strategic direction, manage daily operations, lead business planning, drive sales initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. The CEO will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve both short-term objectives and long-term goals while ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning to effectively manage budgets, develop financial strategies, and ensure financial compliance.
Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to lead the organization, drive efficiency, and establish long-term goals.
Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development to expand client relationships, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities to inspire teams and drive organizational growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Previous C-Suite or senior leadership experience in the sports management or a related field is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
