Role Description
This full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role is based in St. Petersburg, FL, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. The CEO will oversee the company’s overall strategic direction, manage daily operations, lead business planning, drive sales initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. The CEO will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve both short-term objectives and long-term goals while ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning to effectively manage budgets, develop financial strategies, and ensure financial compliance.
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to lead the organization, drive efficiency, and establish long-term goals.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development to expand client relationships, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities to inspire teams and drive organizational growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Previous C-Suite or senior leadership experience in the sports management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
