GyanSys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. As the SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end SAP projects, with a particular focus on S/4 HANA implementations. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful project delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the entire lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise during project execution.
Manage and coordinate resources, including internal teams, external consultants, and vendors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project governance processes and standards.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on project delivery and outcomes.
Leverage project management tools and methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance productivity.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.

What you bring to be successful

Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience working within the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SAP projects, including S/4 HANA implementations (greenfield and brownfield), migrations and roll outs.
Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience in the IT consulting industry is highly desirable.
PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
