GyanSys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. As the SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end SAP projects, with a particular focus on S/4 HANA implementations. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful project delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the entire lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise during project execution.
- Manage and coordinate resources, including internal teams, external consultants, and vendors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project governance processes and standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on project delivery and outcomes.
- Leverage project management tools and methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance productivity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.
What you bring to be successful
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience working within the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SAP projects, including S/4 HANA implementations (greenfield and brownfield), migrations and roll outs.
- Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the IT consulting industry is highly desirable.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
