Qualifications:

Doctorate in Chiropractic
Registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
Certifications including but not limited to acupuncture, rehab and CPR
Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Possession of a valid driver's license, (G2 level)
Proficiency in the use of computers for Email, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel

Accountabilities:

Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
Meet and or exceed productivity standards
Administer and collect outcome measurement information
Supervise support staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
Develop a care plan with the client based on the assessment
Document client care activity concisely and accurately, according to College guidelines and Care for standards

Pay: $48.00-$50.00 per hour
