Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioningEvaluate daily operations Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortagesPlan and organize daily operationsRead blueprints and drawingsDevelop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machinesDirect quality control inspectionsHire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniquesPlan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of workFit and weld parts together
