Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal productsTransport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually Immerse metal products in cleaning solutionsAssist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators or other metal workersSort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materialsClean machines and immediate work areasPolish metal products to mirror finishRead and interpret work ordersOperate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metalCut materials using power tools or by hand
