What You’ll Do

Proactively drive sales and achieve production targets
Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and confidently close opportunities
Deliver personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
Strengthen our presence through community involvement and marketing
Build strong client relationships rooted in service and trust
Provide helpful and friendly support for billing, claims, and policy updates
Collaborate with the agent and team to drive overall business growth

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in sales — you genuinely enjoy selling and hitting targets
OTL, RIBO, or LLQP license (preferred) OR willingness to obtain
Experience in insurance, financial services, retail sales, or outbound sales
Strong communicator able to build immediate rapport
Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with high accountability
Positive, energetic, and confident in working with people
Someone well-rounded and actively involved in their community
Team player who is eager to grow personally and professionally
