What You’ll Do- Proactively drive sales and achieve production targets
- Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and confidently close opportunities
- Deliver personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
- Strengthen our presence through community involvement and marketing
- Build strong client relationships rooted in service and trust
- Provide helpful and friendly support for billing, claims, and policy updates
- Collaborate with the agent and team to drive overall business growth
What We’re Looking For- Proven success in sales — you genuinely enjoy selling and hitting targets
- OTL, RIBO, or LLQP license (preferred) OR willingness to obtain
- Experience in insurance, financial services, retail sales, or outbound sales
- Strong communicator able to build immediate rapport
- Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with high accountability
- Positive, energetic, and confident in working with people
- Someone well-rounded and actively involved in their community
- Team player who is eager to grow personally and professionally
