About the Role

We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, people-first salesperson who enjoys helping business owners take better care of their employees — while building a meaningful, long-term career.

This role focuses on Employee Benefits & Financial Wellness solutions, including:

Health & Dental plans
Group RRSPs
Disability & income protection
Financial education for employees

You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping them attract, retain, and protect their teams — while creating predictable, recurring income for yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing

Meeting with small & mid-sized business owners
Presenting employee benefits & financial wellness solutions
Helping companies reduce costs and improve coverage
Educating employees on how benefits actually work
Building a book of recurring business

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and proven systems — you focus on conversations and relationships.
