About the Role
We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, people-first salesperson who enjoys helping business owners take better care of their employees — while building a meaningful, long-term career.
This role focuses on Employee Benefits & Financial Wellness solutions, including:
- Health & Dental plans
- Group RRSPs
- Disability & income protection
- Financial education for employees
You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping them attract, retain, and protect their teams — while creating predictable, recurring income for yourself.

- Meeting with small & mid-sized business owners
- Presenting employee benefits & financial wellness solutions
- Helping companies reduce costs and improve coverage
- Educating employees on how benefits actually work
- Building a book of recurring business
You’ll receive training, mentorship, and proven systems — you focus on conversations and relationships.
