Responsibilities:

Answer client queries and provide the appropriate information when requested
Record all client interactions using CRM
Coordinate schedules and appointments for the lead agent
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain filing systems
Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and events

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience working within regulated financial services industry as Admin/Sales Assistant to Investment Advisors
CIRO Licensed (IR or RR) Mandatory
Trade execution experience
Knowledge of industry regulatory rules, relevant legislation and requirements and keeping up with systems and regulatory changes
Understands the importance of Compliance with established operating procedures and protocols
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and internal colleagues
Proactive, confident, and professional approach to problem-solving, at times with minimal supervision
Detail oriented with advanced knowledge of administrative functions and procedures
Takes ownership of tasks and consistently shows initiative in finding solutions
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Internet Explorer, and contact management software

Skills & Qualifications:

Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), and a well-rounded knowledge of the securities industry
3+ years of experience working in Wealth Management and managing client relationships and assets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take initiatives and multi-task
Ability to work independently, and effectively with employees and clients at all levels
Intermediate to advanced computer skills: good working knowledge of MS Office programs; acts as a positive team-player – trustworthy, capable, and reliable
Experience with Dataphile and Croesus would be an asset

Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc.) $55,000-65,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
