Compile data to prepare documents Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and proceduresPrepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directorsAnalyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reportsPrepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reportsPrepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetingsLiaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associationsArrange travel, related itineraries and make reservationsManage eventsType and proofread correspondence, forms and other documentsMaintain filing systemConsult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officialsManage Event LogisticsPrepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes
