ServiceMaster of the Valley is looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team in the Annapolis Valley. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What Youll Do

As our Office Coordinator, youll be a key part of daily operations, supporting both our customers and our internal team. Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and returning customer inquiries
Booking carpet cleaning and residential cleaning appointments
Making outbound calls to schedule services
Managing and updating social media and website content
Maintaining vehicle logs and scheduling maintenance appointments
Organizing and managing office files and documentation
Assisting with area rug cleaning, laundry, and shop upkeep
Supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks related to insurance claims
Assisting with onboarding and training new employees

What Were Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable with phone-based work and scheduling
Basic computer skills (social media, email, file management)
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
