Our client, a national leader in occupational health and safety services, is looking for a Sales Manager who can guide a talented team, deepen key client relationships, and support their accelerated growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a growing sales team, providing coaching, structure, and performance management to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Build and refine sales systems, processes, and playbooks that support predictable growth and consistent execution.
Manage a portfolio of large, high-value client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service, support, and long-term partnership.
Oversee the full sales pipeline, including forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting for leadership visibility.
Build strong relationships with senior decision makers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
Drive new business development through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and enterprise level relationship building.
Support and evolve pricing strategies, territory plans, compensation structures, and sales enablement resources.
Help foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within safety services, industrial services, training, or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM best practices.
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, including executive and enterprise clients.
A data-informed approach to decision-making, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
