Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a growing sales team, providing coaching, structure, and performance management to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Build and refine sales systems, processes, and playbooks that support predictable growth and consistent execution.
- Manage a portfolio of large, high-value client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service, support, and long-term partnership.
- Oversee the full sales pipeline, including forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting for leadership visibility.
- Build strong relationships with senior decision makers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and enterprise level relationship building.
- Support and evolve pricing strategies, territory plans, compensation structures, and sales enablement resources.
- Help foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within safety services, industrial services, training, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM best practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, including executive and enterprise clients.
- A data-informed approach to decision-making, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
