Life Insurance Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Stephanie Gordon, Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join her team as a Life Insurance Representative. We are looking for a motivated and client‑focused professional who is passionate about helping individuals and business owners protect what matters most. Job Responsibilities:

Identify life insurance opportunities within the existing book of business
Procure and develop new leads through proactive outreach and referrals
Review, service, and explore existing life insurance policies for additional needs and opportunities
Conduct value‑based conversations to educate clients on life insurance solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service

Qualifications and Experience:

HLLQP / LLQP Life License required
OTL license preferred
Sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Candidate must be:

- An effective problem solver
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

Job Type:

Full‑time
In‑office: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary plus commission and bonus structure
Expected total compensation range: $50,000 to $200,000
