Job Responsibilities:
- Identify life insurance opportunities within the existing book of business
- Procure and develop new leads through proactive outreach and referrals
- Review, service, and explore existing life insurance policies for additional needs and opportunities
- Conduct value‑based conversations to educate clients on life insurance solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
Qualifications and Experience:
- HLLQP / LLQP Life License required
- OTL license preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Candidate must be:

- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Job Type:
- Full‑time
- In‑office: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission and bonus structure
- Expected total compensation range: $50,000 to $200,000
