Administer staff consultation and grievance proceduresCoordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Motivate staffPlan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programsReview HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategiesResearch and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scalesManage contractsCo-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programsManage training and development strategiesRespond to employee questions and complaintsHire, train and supervise staffOversee payroll administrationConduct performance reviewsPropose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
