Project Manager (Remote, 25% Travel to Foster City, CA)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate has strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience leading complex projects from planning through execution. Pharmaceutical or training experience is a plus, and new-hire onboarding experience—especially for sales teams—is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple functions.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) for alignment and decision-making.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, dashboards, status updates, and risk logs.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead meetings, communicate clearly, and resolve open issues.
Support change management, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Pharmaceutical or training experience preferred.
New-hire onboarding experience (ideally sales) strongly preferred.
PMP certification a plus.

Basic Requirements

HS diploma + 12 years’ experience, OR
Associate degree + 10 years’ experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience
