Job Description
As a Recruitment Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for various projects and business units, managing a dedicated recruitment team. This role focuses on enhancing candidate experience, optimizing processes, driving automation, and providing market insights to stakeholders. You will delegate tasks, monitor team capacity, address escalations, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic recruitment goals. By fostering innovation and inspiring your team, you will ensure the effective engagement of both active and passive candidates while maintaining adherence to recruitment processes.
What would you be doing?
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead and develop the recruitment team, drive engagement, and enhance efficiency through coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs, align project scopes, and manage risks and strategies.
- Create recruiting plans, maintain job postings, manage talent pools, and track recruitment metrics to meet targets.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and community partners to support diversity and improve talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, and using HR technology and social media.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build trust, drive change, and align teams with organizational goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, HR software, and skilled in written, verbal, and public presentation communication.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Diploma in HR or Business Administration, 5+ years in recruitment, 2-4 years in leadership; RPR or CPHR designation is an asset.
