Job Description
FLINT is seeking Picker Truck Operators with 5 years' experience for a temporary, full-time job in Fort St John, BC starting Jan 13th, 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a 6/1 schedule, 12-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position has camp accommodations. with daily travel pay to site. The role is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel to Fort St John at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Employee hourly rate for this position is $40/hr with a truck rate of $45 if you provide your own truck.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience safely operating picker trucks in oil and gas setting
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
