New Verticals Merchant Associate
remote – need to be in MST or PST
Duration: 1 year assignment to start
Pay Rate: $40.00-44.00 per hour W2
M-F, 40 hours per week
- Overview: Role is focused on the operational side. Ensuring that all new enterprise merchants are launched smoothly. Supporting all of the launches. Making sure that from a back end they are going smoothly (no blockers, and if there are, knowing where to escalate)
- Manage the New Verticals Enterprise launch pipeline via ensuring the weekly tracker is up to date
- Make changes to all onboarding resources as necessary
- Manage all requests coming through and process them appropriately via tagging for approval, asking the necessary questions, and ultimately completing the request
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience; Preferred experience working within ops for business dev or account management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Top tech skills: experience working with spreadsheets - Excel/Google Sheets, SQL is a nice to have (not mandatory but a v big bonus), Salesforce would be a nice to have, Slack, Gmail, project and time management
