We are seeking a
Patient Floor Coordinator to join the growing team. Our clinic operates in a well-organized, fast-paced environment. We work together as a team, so diverse skills in performing treatments, treatment consultations, product sales as well as booking appointments, and customer service are a definite asset! Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, the Patient Floor Coordinator is responsible for developing and monitoring the action plan in line with the corporate strategy.
Main responsibilities:
Greets customers courteously and attentively and ensures their comfort (beverage, reading material, etc.);
Assists patients, if necessary, in completing consents, questionnaires, etc;
Reviews clinic operating policies with patients (cancellations, appointment changes, deposits, etc.);
Responds to patients' requests for basic information (on services offered, post-treatment care) and must be able to identify emergencies;
Coordinates the appointment schedule: schedules appointments for the doctor and nurses in order to develop maximum productivity and also to ensure superior quality of patient care.
Confirms appointments with patients every day;
Cancels and reschedules appointments as needed;
Follows up on patients who do not show up for appointments to see if they need to be rescheduled, while observing the Clinic's cancellation policy;
Communicates with patients for follow-up or reminders;
Answers phone calls promptly and directs them to the appropriate person;
Ensures that calls are returned, if necessary;
Takes payments, balances cash register;
Provides accounts receivable and prepaid reports;
