Job Description
This role is the entry level position supporting specialized Human Resources programs including Talent Management, Performance and Development, Employee Engagement. If you have an interest in Human Resources and are looking to gain experience in these key areas of the profession, this is a great role to get started.
Our team is looking for an eager, self-driven, incumbent who is excited to learn across areas of HR. If you are someone who likes to anticipate needs and execute on them, you are detail oriented and customer focused, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Support HR program activities through coordination, organization and administration work.
- Responsible for the annual calendar of activities and ensuring timelines are not in conflict with other competing priorities.
- Coordinate key talent processes such as the annual engagement survey, the performance and development check-in process.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling events, organizing catering and other general programs support.
- Prepare presentations, documents, resources or reports, and information within the function.
- Act as a point of contact for support in the business.

- Technology-savvy, comfortable with data and processes while approaching things with an analytical mind

- Able to prioritize and effectively manage time
- Professional, tactful and discrete with confidential and sensitive information
- Excited by a broad variety of activities and being a key member of a team
- Post Secondary Education
- High attention to detail
- Customer focused with a strong sense of urgency
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in MS Excel, reporting and analysis of people or other data
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude
