As a fast-growing company operating across North America, we specialize in elevating corporate, charity, private course, invitational, and professional golf events through our unique on-site VIP Experiences and Experiential Sponsorships.
Since launching, Trility Golf Group has activated at over 80 golf events across North America, including 30+ PGA TOUR-sanctioned Pro-Ams and 2 LIV Golf Pro-Ams, with more on the horizon.
Role Overview: Regional Director (Southeast)
This is a Sales + Operations hybrid role suited for a self-starter who wants to own a region and build meaningful relationships in the golf industry. The Regional Director will focus on identifying, selling into, and leading high-end golf events in the Southeast U.S.
The role evolves in two clear stages:
Months 1–3: Lead Generation & Event Operations Support (Onboarding)
- Focused on generating qualified leads across the assigned territory
- Target-based bonus structure available upon achieving monthly goals
- Earn commission on any opportunities that convert into closed deals
- Gain on-site event experience by attending and supporting events alongside the President/Founder
- Develop an understanding of our VIP Experiences, client base, and event logistics
- Undergo training during events for clear understanding of event execution
Months 4+: Full Sales Cycle & On-Site Event Leadership
- Responsible for owning the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing
- Quarterly bonus opportunities based on sales targets
- Earn commission on all closed deals in your region
- Lead the on-site execution of events, supported by our internal team of VIP Experience Specialists
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact decision-makers at golf events (charity, corporate, private clubs, invitationals, etc.)
- Prospect through cold outreach (80% email / 20% phone)
- Pitch and position our VIP Experiences and sponsorship opportunities
- Build relationships with event stakeholders and sponsors
- Attend and lead events in your assigned region
- Collaborate with the President/Founder and internal team to ensure seamless execution
Travel & Work Environment
- Remote-first role — when not traveling, you'll work independently from home.
- Travel required across your region based on booked events
- All travel expenses, lodging, and event-related meals are covered
- Opportunities to attend PGA TOUR and LIV Golf Pro-Am events

Ideal Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone highly competent, self-driven, and ready to grow with a dynamic business. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business acumen, sales ability, and a deep understanding of either golf, events, or both.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field)
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture leads, and convert opportunities into results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel independently across North America
- Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed environment
- Professionalism, polish, and confidence in client-facing situations
Preferred:
- Background or experience in the golf industry (player, tournament, club, or hospitality)
- Familiarity with cold outreach, CRM tools, or structured sales processes
- Lives in Florida, USA
