About The Role
As an
Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions within the BPI Process Excellence Technology Services team. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful deployment of the Customer Lifecycle Management Platform, and driving continuous improvement across implementation processes.
You will work closely with Solution Owners, Architects, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Support Analysts to ensure seamless integration, configuration, and rollout of platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the implementation lifecycle from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical leads across architecture, development, DevOps, and support to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, reduce risk, and accelerate delivery timelines
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that may impact project scope, schedule, or quality
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed implementation plans, progress reports, and post-deployment reviews
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all implementations adhere to organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation/project management for large-scale, complex systems
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and enterprise software delivery
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, release management, and environment coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an asset
- ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus
Benefits
- Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 40 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
