About The Role
We are looking for an IT Generalist with strong experience in
Dell PowerEdge servers. You will manage deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting while supporting enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support PowerEdge servers
- Provide hands-on support for customer environments in Ottawa
- Collaborate with teams on server performance, capacity, and lifecycle management
- Adapt to additional infrastructure tasks as needed
Requirements
- Canadian citizen (is plus)
- Onsite in Ottawa, Ontario
- Strong expertise with PowerEdge servers
- AI or HPC experience preferred
