About the Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead engagement across our community mobile app and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role is central to building patient connections, driving community growth, and ensuring consistent engagement across channels. The ideal candidate thrives in digital health, is highly self-motivated, and can work autonomously while delivering innovative strategies that boost engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Growth & Engagement
- Manage and grow our mobile app community, fostering conversations and building patient relationships.
- Drive engagement on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) through daily posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Develop strategies to strengthen patient participation and retention.
- Content & Campaign Development
- Collaborate with creative teams to design daily posts, graphics, videos, and interactive challenges.
- Create and manage email campaigns to engage and re-activate patients.
- Host and moderate live events across platforms to enhance community connections.
- Strategy & Analytics
- Track engagement metrics, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize impact.
- Explore innovative ways to increase reach and community participation.
- Stay current with digital health and social media best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
- Experience in digital health or wellness is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving growth and engagement across social and community platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic, patient-first mindset.
- Confident hosting live events and engaging large audiences online.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, social media scheduling, and email marketing platforms.
