The OpportunityCreativeOPTIC is hiring for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing (remote) team in Los Angeles, California.
As CreativeOPTIC’s Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for leading our publishing arm making sure content goes live on time, is formatted for each platform, and reflects our brand voice.
From scheduling and posting across multiple platforms to social listening and audience engagement, you’ll be the person who keeps the digital engine running smoothly. You’ll also monitor performance, pull insights from reporting and analytics, and help shape the way our stories and campaigns reach the world.
You are also a brand advocate contributing to the social media strategies, collaborating closely with partners across the organization to heighten awareness of our brand content and drive user engagement through social media channels.

The RoleThe ideal candidate will be part Marketing Associate, Social Media Coordinator and Community Liaison with a passion for the online social experience.
This role requires you to set correct expectations with acute attention to detail in scheduling, reporting, and communication while social listening (or just be good at “creeping” lol). You should have a knack for understanding audience behavior and turning insights into action.
The ability to respond to comments and audience reactions of fans charmingly and open up new opportunities with new viewers.

Major Roles/Responsibilities- Leading the publishing arm of CreativeOPTIC by scheduling and posting content across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Using scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms to coordinate content releases and posting strategy
- Managing Trello board and cards to ensure smooth workflow between writers and designers assets and publishing content
- Monitoring and reporting on post performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights
- Translating social listening and trending topics into actionable publishing strategies
- Coordinating with writers and designers to make sure content is properly prepared and published on time
- Maintaining consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual presentation across all channels
- Creating regular reporting decks or summaries for leadership, identifying wins, growth areas, and opportunities
- Staying up-to-date on social trends, memes, internet culture, and platform-specific content behaviors
- Supporting special campaigns, giveaways, or collaborations through publishing and analytics tracking
Qualifications- Proven experience in social media coordination, scheduling, or publishing (preferably B2B or Intern experience)
- Hands-on experience with Trello (or other project management software)
- Proficiency with Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool, or similar scheduling/analytics platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital and social media landscape (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs using native platform analytics and/or Scheduling software
- Self motivated, positive, creative, innovative thinker and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time strategically
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent English skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on platform and audience
- A profound comprehension of customers and what motivates them
- Strict adherence to brand guidelines and company policy
- Extraordinary research, organizational, and learning abilities
- Deep understanding of social media publishing best practices
