We are looking for a Head of Operations to play a key leading role in our existing team of operational professionals, that help to deliver our Microsoft Teams solutions to worldwide enterprise customer locations. Our staff are hard-working, smart, goal-oriented and well-rounded and we are looking for dynamic people to make a big difference in driving the company forward.
We are looking for a self-motivated, well presented and well-polished and individual to be able to lead the team to deliver successful projects to our clients globally. Ideally you should have at least five years experience in project or programme managment, preferably within the telecoms, collaboration or IT industry.
Some of the main tasks to be involved in
- Be the senior Escalation point for all PM
- Monitoring KPIs on project delivery
- Streamlining and Standardizing processes and methodologies
- Projects assignment, considering scope & complexity
- Resource Management
- Document Creation
- Financial planning
- Management of senior stakeholders
Mandatory
- Knowledge of delivering Microsoft Teams solutions
- Previous experience in delivering contact centre solutions
Work Environment
- The post holder will work from remote based. There will be the occasional need for the post-holder to work unsociable hours and travel within the US and abroad.
