As we continue to grow across Ontario and Nova Scotia, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who’s ready to help shape the people systems, culture, and performance standards that fuel our success.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends HR operations with culture-building. You’ll work directly with our President and leadership team to bring structure, consistency, and accountability to every stage of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day HR operations: administer payroll, maintain compliance, and ensure accuracy across all HR documentation.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding: manage full-cycle hiring and integration for both Ottawa and Halifax teams.
- Build scalable people systems: design KPI tracking mechanisms, bonus eligibility programs, performance review and onboarding processes.
- Champion culture and engagement: support leaders in building communication norms, feedback loops, and HR training.
- Drive consistency: oversee SOP updates and ensure departments stay aligned with Prestige standards.

What You Bring
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience spanning recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
- Multi-provincial HR experience (Ontario & Nova Scotia) considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Experience with Predictive Index or similar assessment tools is an asset.
